I came to Nichols lending after working with another mortgage lender for 45 days and because of constant delays I was at risk of losing the contract on my new home due to bad handling of my loan with another mortgage company . I finally had enough and cancelled that mortgage loan, knowing the owner may not be willing to wait another 30 days to process a new loan but I could not handle one delay after another and not due to my credit. Closed in 2 weeks, they did what others couldn’t! The Jon Nichols team was far beyond AMAZING! They were far more than professional. Every single time we reached out via phone, text or email, we always had a response within 2 minutes max. They practically saved our loan. They did what NOBODY else could do for us. We met Mr. Nichols trough a referral of the sellerGÇÖs agent. We tried to purchase a house and the loan process was a little complicate because the amount of investments properties, and the fact that the buyer was out of the state resident. After 2 months of nightmares, the initial loan was denied the day before the closing. After the initial disappointment, we tried 2 more loan companies, and they were not able to help. We met Mr. Nichols trough a referral of the seller’s agent. After reviewing all the documents, in 2 days we were pre-approved with a very extensive list of conditions and documents requirements. We worked hard to provide what was asked, realizing that the majority of those documents were never required by the other agents.
